 About Our Practice:

  • A thriving OB/GYN Practice
  • An average of 80 deliveries per month
  • Deliveries take place at a Level II Trauma Center (Flagstaff Medical Center) 2 miles from our out-patient clinic
  • State of the art ultrasound on site
  • MFM on staff to read OB ultrasounds and provide high-risk patient consults through telehealth also available as resource to providers via phone
  • C-section rate is less than 20%
  • Only practice in region offering TOLAC
  • Full-scope Gynecological care, including menopausal hormonal and transgender therapies
  • Support team include RNs, CMAs, an ultrasonographer, and on-site English/Spanish medical interpreter

To become a part of our clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

  • Have or be able to obtain an unrestricted Arizona License and DEA
  • Hospital medical staff appointment to provide 24 hours of call a week as a 1FTE CNM
  • Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility

New hires and transfers must submit their fingerprint clearance card or fingerprint receipt before their hire date or transfer date. Level One (1) Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance card must be received within 30 days after the new employee hire date or transfer date.
