• Now Hiring: Laborist Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - Join a dynamic hospital-based midwifery team in a labor & delivery (L&D) setting
• Enjoy a predictable, flexible schedule averaging seven 24-hour in-house hospital shifts per month, ideal for CNMs seeking work-life balance in an acute care environment
• Practice at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, supporting a high-quality obstetric program with approximately 60 births per month
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced nurse midwives who value team-based, patient-centered care
• Serve as first call provider for obstetric and gynecologic patients during your 24-hour shift
• Provide comprehensive inpatient women's health services, including labor and delivery, triage, obstetric emergencies, and postpartum care
