This opportunity offers a collaborative clinical setting where the CNM will manage prenatal visits, attend deliveries, provide postpartum care, address gynecologic concerns, and promote preventive health while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

• Certified Nurse Midwife with active Illinois.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Midwifery.
• Eligible for DEA registration and prescribing privileges.
• Experience managing prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and routine gynecologic care.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused and team-oriented approach.
• Commitment to continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and participation in shared call responsibilities.
