Winchester Obstetrics and Gynecology | Winchester VA Winchester Obstetrics and Gynecology is a premier physician-owned practice seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our well-established team. Serving the Shenandoah Valley since the 1970s we offer a highly supportive family-oriented environment where providers can build lasting relationships with patients and deliver exceptional obstetrical care. Quick Look Schedule Full-Time | 4 daysweek 3 clinicrounding days 1 24-hour call day and the post-call day off. CallWeekends 1 24-hour call day per week can be taken from home and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Locations Outpatient clinic in Winchester VA with hospital rounding and deliveries directly across the street at Winchester Medical Center featuring a state-of-the-art L&D unit and Level III NICU. Practice Overview Supportive Environment Work collaboratively alongside a tenured team of 9 Board-Certified Physicians 3 NPs 2 CNMs and a robust support staff of 38 employees including 14 Medical Assistants and 3 ultrasonographers. Broad Scope of Care Manage a diverse patient panel ranging from adolescents to advanced maternal age seeing patients from their first prenatal visit through the end of their pregnancy and postpartum phase. Clinical Duties Focus primarily on obstetrics. Responsibilities include morning hospital rounds managing labor independent vaginal deliveries postpartum care and afternoon office visits for standard prenatal care. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is 90000 to 120000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
