Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist with patients and procedures in our Plastic Surgery office. Responsibilities include checking in and preparing patients, stocking and cleaning rooms, maintaining supplies and autoclaving instruments. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, integrity, and congeniality while maintaining strict confidentiality. You will assist with office/billing duties and responsibilities during non-patient hours. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, ethical, and engaging with our patients.
Responsibilities
Entering and confirming information in patient EMR.
Greeting and preparing patients for examination and assisting with patient care/visits.
Taking patient pictures.
Assisting doctor with minor surgical procedures and properly cleaning the patient rooms.
Cleaning and sterilizing instruments, stocking rooms, and tracking/ordering supplies.
Checking schedule 48 hrs in advance to ensure necessary equipment, medications, and supplies are available.
Assisting Office Manager with billing/filing, collections, and scheduling as needed.
