Your responsibilities include:
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Monitor and document vital signs and report changes
- Provide comfort care and help prevent skin breakdown
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Communicate patient updates promptly to the care team
- Offer emotional support to patients and families
- Provide respite support for caregivers
What You Bring:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum of 75 hours of CNA training
- One year of experience in hospice, home health, or acute care preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Compassion and professionalism when providing end-of-life care
