About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Assisting with mealtime and hydration needs
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Alabama

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
