We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to support seniors in a residential care environment. This ongoing contract role offers consistent scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Provide assistance with activities of daily living and support individual care needs.
Build meaningful relationships with assigned residents and understand their preferences and personalities.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition and recommend care adjustments.
Participate in the development and monthly updates of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
Maintain awareness of resident locations and conduct regular physical check‑ins throughout the shift.
Support residents in life skills and life‑enrichment activities based on their care profiles.
Incorporate multi‑sensory engagement into daily routines.
Partner with the care team to ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
Assist with dining needs while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
Demonstrate commitment to resident well‑being through service principles and compassionate care.
Dedication to serving seniors with strong customer service and empathy.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High School diploma or GED (may be required based on state regulations).
Must maintain all required state certifications.
Minimum age: 18 years old.
Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of residents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
