Certified Nursing Assistant (81999)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Gulf Correctional Institution located in Wewahitchka, Florida.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Will check-in patients and work with the Medical Providers working up and prepping the patients
• Will work in the pharmacy to order medications and pass out KOP medications
• Will help with medical emergencies
• Will stock supplies and go to the warehouse
• Florida CNA license
• Current CPR
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days, Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week
