Our nursing home is set up in mini-communities that are clean, vibrant and active, exhibiting an at-home atmosphere that is personalized for each resident. We offer traditional nursing services such as therapy, hospice care, long-term care, and skilled nursing. Our rehabilitative therapy services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, along with therapeutic recreation. Job Summary
Working conditions include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling and reaching frequently. Possible exposure to conditions normally expected of Elder care areas, such as unpleasant sights, odors and difficult interpersonal situations. Potential for injury and exposure to blood and body fluids and communicable diseases. Physical Demands include ability to lift up to 20 pounds; moving, lifting or transferring of Elders may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as assist with weights of more than 100 pounds; ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work up to 16 hours per day as needed to meet the care needs of our Elders. |
