Pay: $25.43 per hour

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 2026
• End Date: January 2026
• Job Type: Temp to Perm (opportunity to extend or convert to permanent based on business needs)
• Duration: 6+ Months

Position Overview:
This role involves providing direct, non-professional nursing care to patients/residents in a hospital, infirmary, long-term care, or domiciliary care setting. The Certified Nursing Assistant supports daily care, rehabilitation, and overall well-being of both ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients while maintaining a safe and clean living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Rehabilitation Support: Encourage and assist patients in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities
• Monitoring: Observe and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records in accordance with established policies
• Environment Maintenance: Ensure patient/resident living areas are clean, safe, and organized
• Collaboration: Work under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
• Compliance: Follow all established rules, regulations, and care procedures

Work Environment:

• Setting: Hospital, infirmary, long-term care, or domiciliary care unit
• Supervision: Work performed under close supervision of licensed professionals
• Independence: Expected to perform routine duties independently after training

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Six (6) months experience as an Aide Trainee , OR
• One (1) year of paid experience in care of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification:
• Must be registered and certified as a Nurse Aide (for Long-Term Care assignments)
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills , including Microsoft Office
