    • Assist Patients with ADL /IADL 
    • Personal Hygiene (Bathing ,Hair ,Oral, Nail and Skin Care) Toileting.
    • Light Housekeeping
    • Socializing
    • Preparing and Serving Meals

    Routines:

    • Movement To/From Bathroom
    • Dressing & Undressing
    • Changing Clothes
    • Mobility Transfers
    •  Eating andDrinking
    • Light Housekeeping
    • Errands and Medication.
