Job Responsibilities:
As a valued
CNA on our team, you will:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Follow all infection control practices and participate in training.
- Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) –
Required· Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) –
Required· High school diploma or GED –
Required· Current and valid CNA certification –
Required· CPR certification –
Required· At least 1 year of CNA experience –
Preferred· Strong communication skills
· Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
· Must pass a background check and drug screening
