About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and help create a positive and supportive environment for our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, and ADLs

• Assist with meals, hydration, and restorative care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote patient safety and independence

• Maintain accurate and confidential records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-building activities

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 0 years of experience (we welcome new graduates!)

• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
