Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License (DL)
• Comfortable with required travel within the assigned territory

Overview

This part‑time Certified Nursing Assistant role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands‑on patient care in home health and hospice settings. You will work independently in patient homes while being supported by a dedicated education team and leadership that values your growth. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in hospice and home health environments
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to support safety and independence
• Reinforce care plans and promote healthy routines through patient and caregiver education
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Work independently while receiving ongoing support from clinical leadership
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory

Schedule & Shift Details

• Part‑time: 2–3 days per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel Requirements

• Travel within assigned territory, including Mechanicsburg area into Harrisburg
• Reliable transportation required

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits.
