What You’ll Do

No two days in caregiving look exactly the same—and that’s part of what makes the work meaningful.

You may help a client get ready for the day, prepare a favorite meal, provide personal care or mobility support, run errands, drive to an appointment, tidy up around the house, or offer medication reminders. Sometimes, the most important thing you’ll do is simply sit down, have a good conversation, share a laugh, and make someone’s day a little brighter.

And you won’t be expected to figure it all out on your own. From day one, you’ll receive hands-on orientation and skills training, along with specialized training to help you confidently support clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s.

You bring the compassion. We’ll provide the training, tools, and support to help you make a difference.

What We're Looking For 

• Be certified CPR and first aid 

• Have a recent tuberculosis (TB) test or chest X-ray 

• Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening  

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently 

• Manage schedules effectively while providing exceptional client-centered care 

• Bring a caring, patient, and positive attitude to every client interaction 

Preferred Qualification

• Hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license  

Schedule & Pay 

• Competitive pay starting at $16/hour based on experience and qualifications  
• Flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and live-in assignments
