We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Vivo Healthcare Harbourwood in Clearwater, FL. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding healthcare services.

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also monitor patient vital signs, report changes in condition to nursing staff, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control guidelines and protocols
• Assist with transferring patients to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
• Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff and document accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
