Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Center Summary of Responsibilities The CNA provides personal care services and medication to terminally ill patients and performs related tasks in the hospice centers. The CNA must consistently convey a commitment to patients and the organization while providing around-the-clock, compassionate, and professional care. Responsible for carrying out the duties assigned to increase the level of comfort and to maintain personal hygiene and a safe, healthy environment for the patient and co-workers. Minimum Qualifications
Work Scheduling • Requires three twelve-hour shifts per week to provide patient care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the hospice center.
