The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to patients/residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA assists with activities of daily living, monitors patient conditions, maintains a safe environment, and supports the overall comfort and well-being of patients.
Job Responsibilities
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient information.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment.
Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Provide comfort, emotional support, and respectful care to patients.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Assist nurses with patient-care activities as directed.
