General Information:Job title: Long-term Care Certified Nursing AssistantLocation: Fair View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Mauston, WIShifts Available: Part-time 1, 72 hours per pay period; PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pmPart-time 1, 48 hours per pay period; NOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:30amPart-time 2, 16 hours per pay period; Day Shift - 6:00am - 2:30pmWeekend rotation: Shifts include every other weekend, weekend and night shift differentials availableHoliday rotation: Holiday rotationPosition Summary:Performs resident functions in accordance to nursing home standards of practice. Position Responsibilities: Provides for resident's personal hygiene: gives bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assists with showers.Provides for activities of daily living: assists with meals and feeds patients; ambulates, turns, and positions patients; provides fresh water and nourishment between meals.Performs I&O; checks vital signs and weight; assists with specimen collection; and post-mortem care.Provides for comfort needs of residentsPromptly answers resident's call lights and requests.Other duties are requested within scope of practice Position Requirements: Required Education:Successful completion of nursing assistant courseCertified Nursing Assistant Certification to practice in the stateNight Shift - current BLS required.
