Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including vital signs, bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in care planning and goal setting with the healthcare team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
