What you'll do:Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed Accurately document all administrations in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans Observe residents and promptly report changes, concerns, or needs to licensed nursing staff or appropriate department leaders Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operationsWhat we offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Generous paid time off (PTO) Up to $500 per month in nursing school tuition reimbursement What we're looking for:Read, analyze, and interpret basic scientific and technical information in English Communicate clearly and effectively in spoken English Perform basic math, including calculations with standard and weight measurements Demonstrate empathy and strong customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent required Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred Current CPR certification required Ability to lift, push, or pull 50-100 lbs. and assist with resident handling Ability to stand for extended periods and work in environments with exposure to body fluids and communicable diseasesWhy us:Our Certified Medication Aide's care for a geriatric population that depends on consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
