Full Time shifts available: Day (6a-2p), Evening (2p-10p), Night (10p-6a)
Position Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to)
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
Observe and report changes in residents'' physical, emotional, or mental condition to licensed nursing staff
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance
Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment while following safety procedures
Support residents in maintaining independence and participating in social and recreational activities
Measure and record vital signs, weights, food and fluid intake, and other resident information as directed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers through professional and respectful communication
Participate in training, staff meetings, and continuing education activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Kansas
Current CPR and First Aid certification
