Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Personal Care Full-Time | Overnight Shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)

What You'll Do - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and established policies.
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Accurately document resident care and medication administration and communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Follow established nursing policies and procedures while providing high-quality, person-centered care.

Requirements - Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Medication Administration certification, or the ability to successfully complete Pennswood's DHS-approved Medication Administration Training Program within the first 30 days of employment (training provided by Pennswood Village.)
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions.
