Monmouth Rehab and Nursing is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities in our skilled nursing facility.
Our CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs and creating a respectful, resident-centered environment where quality care comes first.
Compensation:
$19.50 - $23.22 per hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay is based on experience and benefit selections.
Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
