Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time | South Dakota

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a dedicated care team in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and dignity
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members
Active CNA Certification (South Dakota or compact/transferable)
BLS/CPR certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with elderly or long-term care patients
