Requirements<\/h3>
Responsibilities:<\/b><\/b>
<\/p>- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
<\/li> - Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
<\/li> - Assist with mobility and transfer of patients, including the use of mechanical lifting devices.
<\/li> - Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff.
<\/li> - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control policies and procedures.
<\/li> - Help patients with exercises and physical therapy activities as directed by healthcare professionals.
<\/li> - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and caring environment.
<\/li> - Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
<\/li> - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

<\/p>- Valid CNA certification in the state of California.
<\/li> - High school diploma or equivalent.
<\/li> - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
