- Provide ADL care as directed including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities and other day to day needs.
- Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight.
- Assist residents with activities listed on care plan; document and report observed changes.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to established policies, procedures and standards.
- Providing great resident care.
- Staying up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
CNA Requirements: - State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Current identification.
- Comfortable using a computer/IPAD.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs.
