Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our client in
Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. This is a

Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating residents using proper safety techniques.
- Record and document resident care accurately using Point Click Care (PCC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Assist with vital signs, meal service, hydration, and other assigned patient care duties.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure quality resident care.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation setting.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) charting preferred..
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Please Note: There is no formal CNA orientation at this facility. Two CNAs are assigned per hall, and experienced staff will provide guidance during shifts
