Pay Range: $23.03 - $34.59 per hour

What You'll Do
This is a highly patient-centered role where you'll spend much of your shift directly supporting patients and helping them recover.
- Provide hands-on care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and toileting.
- Help patients safely get out of bed, walk, reposition, and participate in mobility activities.
- Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient information.
- Observe changes in patient condition and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing team.
- Support comfort, dignity, safety, and emotional well-being during each patient interaction.
- Assist with treatments and basic clinical procedures within CNA scope and training.
- Keep patient care areas stocked, organized, and ready for care delivery.
- Document care accurately in the medical record.
- Provide occasional unit support, including answering phones, processing orders, and helping coordinate communication.
- Contribute to a team culture centered on compassion, accountability, and exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Washington State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate care across various patient populations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred
- At least one year of healthcare experience.
- Previous acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute settings may also be a strong fit.
Nice to Have
