Job Summary:
Ideal for organizations preparing for consistent care delivery. We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable CNA to provide hands-on care and support to residents/patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, or home care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
- Measure and record vital signs
- Provide mobility support (transferring, ambulation, repositioning)
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Promote a clean, safe environment
Qualifications:
- Active CNA license (state-specific)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- 6 months+ caregiving experience preferred
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
