Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Local Per Diem Opportunity in Nacogdoches, Texas. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift: Day Shift
• Hours:6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 12-Hour Shift

PAY RATE

• $18.09 - $21.11 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals and hydration needs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care duties
