What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and activities of daily living
  • Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Assist with transfers, admissions, and discharges
  • Complete documentation, reports, and resident records accurately
  • Support infection control and safety protocols
  • Assist with emergency care as needed
  • Help create a positive, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents
What We're Looking For
  • Active Texas CNA certification required
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and resident care skills
  • Passion for helping others and providing quality care
