Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Akron, CO 80720
Duration: 13 Weeks
Work Schedule: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental conditions to the nursing team.
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide compassionate care.
- Maintain infection control and resident safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active CNA Certification
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evening shifts and provide reliable attendance
