Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Schedule: 40 hours/week | 8-hour shifts | 5 days/week

• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Monitor, document, and report any changes in patient condition
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of CNA experience in LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
• Active New York CNA Certification (required)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Must reside within 20–30 miles of the facility
• Ability to attend an in-person interview
