Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with potential for 48+ hours based on facility needs)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a long-term care/skilled nursing facility team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
• Collaborate effectively with nursing and care teams

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs
