Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 Weeks
Work Schedule: Weekend Day Shift |3x12-Hour (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Assist with Alzheimer's and Dementia patient care.
• Ensure patient safety while following infection prevention and facility protocols.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• Candidates with recent SNF, Rehab, Med-Surg, or Hospital experience will also be considered
• Active New York State CNA License (No license hits allowed)
• Proof of NY CNA License required at the time of submission
• Current BLS Certification
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Patient Population: Alzheimer's & Dementia
• Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:18 20
• 300-bed facility
• Charting System: PointClickCare (PCC) (experience preferred but not required)
• Every other weekend may be required based on facility needs
