Long-Term Care, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Healthcare, Nursing, Patient Care, Quality of Care,
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience (hospital or long-term care preferred).
- CERTS: MUST HAVE CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED COLORADO CERTIFICATION
- EXP: LTC Experience Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong patient care and time management skills.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- BLS/CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating patients safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights.
- Assist with meal setup and feeding when necessary.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Follow infection control practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
