Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following their clinical assessments and care plans
• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Monitor and report on patients’ health conditions promptly

Qualifications

• Current California CNA license
• Active and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passionate about providing compassionate and attentive care
