Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Multiple Shifts Available

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and we are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join a compassionate healthcare team where your skills, dedication, and patient -centered care truly make a difference.<\/span><\/span>

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high -quality direct patient care and support daily clinical operations within your scope of practice.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Available Schedules:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 0.15 FTE (1 six -hour shift per week)<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Mid Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 0.60 FTE<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | 0.90 FTE (Three 12 -hour shifts per week)<\/span><\/span>

  What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Provide direct patient care with compassion, professionalism, and respect<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist the healthcare team with delegated tasks and procedures within CNA scope of practice<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation with minimal supervision<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while prioritizing patient safety and quality care<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Uphold the hospital’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence in patient care<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Understand the role responsibilities and seek clarification when needeD<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Recognize and report changes in patient condition while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment<\/span><\/span>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • High school diploma, HiSET, or GED equivalent preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Successful completion of a CNA program required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Current CNA certification and valid BLS certification<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Enrollment in the hospital CNA Training Program with certification obtained upon completion<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care across the lifespan<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Previous hospital or long -term care experience preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • SECURE Training required within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Nurses providing orthopedic and spine care must maintain DNV -required specialty education, annual competency validation, and ongoing continuing education.<\/span><\/span>
