Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status accurately.
Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and their families.
Collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas following established protocols.
Report any changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the nursing team.
Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or availability to take the CNA course is required.
Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to perform physically demanding CNA tasks, including lifting or repositioning patients, extended standing and walking, and assisting with transfers.
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures is preferred.
