Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Long Term Care facilities in Old Bridge, NJ. This is a per diem opportunity with flexible day, evening, and night shifts available.
As a CNA, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meals and feeding as needed
Monitor and document resident health and behavior
Support mobility and exercise routines
Follow care plans and facility policies
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in NJ
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible per diem shifts (day, evening, night)
