What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that supports each individual's physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, and personal hygiene while encouraging independence whenever possible
• Observe residents for changes in health or behavior and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team
• Support residents with self-administered medications and perform basic care procedures within your training and certification
• Motivate and encourage residents to participate in recreational, social, and wellness activities that enhance their quality of life
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment while following all applicable health, safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in orientation, ongoing education, and training opportunities to continue developing your skills and providing exceptional care

What You Bring

• Active Florida CNA license required
• Medication administration certification preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of required HIV/AIDS training
• Basic computer proficiency and strong decision-making skills in a caregiving setting
