What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals, hydration, and patient comfort needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
• Follow all safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification preferred but not required
• 16+
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Desire to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to safely assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
