• PM Shift Available
• NOC Shift Available
• Consistent 4-on / 2-off rotation for enhanced work-life balance

CNA Responsibilities

Resident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence
• Assist with repositioning and restorative nursing programs
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Follow individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support positive resident outcomes through teamwork and collaboration
• Complete accurate and timely charting and documentation
• Foster a professional, respectful, and resident-focused environment

Professional Standards

• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Demonstrate dependability, accountability, and professionalism
• Support our mission of providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred
• Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
