Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN

Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!

Position Summary:

As a Northcrest Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work in an environment that promotes professional growth while providing high-quality care to our residents. CNAs are responsible for assisting residents with daily needs under the direction and supervision of an RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, families, visitors, and team members

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning

• Promote and protect resident rights, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety at all times

• Report any concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect

• Follow all facility policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule Requirements:

PRN team members must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on facility needs.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents using proper techniques and equipment
