What You'll Do

Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

Support patients in maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.

Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the care team.

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.

Help patients maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

Active CNA certification in the state of employment

Passion for providing high-quality patient care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area

Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
