Amina Home Care Billing & Referral is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients safely
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and proper nutrition intake
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in the home
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervising nursing staff regarding care updates
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Maryland
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Rockville, MD area
