We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Home Health assignment in New York. In this role, you will provide quality in-home patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor patient well-being, and support the healthcare team in delivering exceptional care.
Provide personal care and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and patient comfort.
Support care plans while promoting patient safety and independence.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Minimum 1 year of current experience as a Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Home Health.
Active New York CNA/Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one or Active NY HHA Certification
Current BLS certification
