We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with recent inpatient acute care experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while assisting nurses with daily patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, intake/output, and bedside glucose testing.
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and transportation.
Respond promptly to call lights and communicate patient needs to the nursing team.
Change linens, maintain patient hygiene, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Observe and report changes in patients' physical or mental condition.
Assist with specimen transport, stocking supplies, equipment setup, and other unit support duties.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care provided.
Promote a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
